About the Recipe
Not only healthy, but filling too! A great choice for either breakfast or dessert and so simple to throw together last-minute for those rushed mornings. For a cool summer treat, try adding frozen berries instead of fresh. Freezing is a handy way to store the berries if you're buying or picking them in bulk.

Ingredients
• 2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
• 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves (optional)
Preparation
• In a large bowl, mix the cottage cheese and fresh berries.
• Drizzle with honey and top with chopped mint leaves, if using.
• Serve immediately.
